This policy applies to all product orders placed through our website.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — available at an additional cost
In-Person Pickup
Prefer to skip shipping altogether? You're welcome to pick up your order at one of our weekly community walks — no shipping cost required.
To arrange a pickup:
Select "In-Person Pickup" at checkout
You'll receive an email confirmation with details on the next available pickup date and walk location
Bring your confirmation email or order number when you come
Pickup orders are held for up to 30 days. If you're unable to make it within that window, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered via email immediately upon purchase. No shipping applies.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey — because every mile counts, even the ones your package travels.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@hereforthemiles.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you have a concern, don't hesitate to reach out.
