Our free community walks are open to everyone in the DFW area. Each event features a 3–5 mile walk and light stretching, and when the budget allows, we add fun giveaways to make the experience even more enjoyable.
The Miles Up!™ Program offers a more personalized and structured experience. Participants enjoy a 2–4 mile walk, in-depth stretching, curated mindfulness activities, refreshments, prizes and giveaways, take-home resources, and dedicated time for group reflection.
Designed for deeper engagement and lasting results, these events are perfect for workplaces, residential communities, or any organization looking to make wellness a regular part of their routine. We also provide ongoing support to help participants maintain their wellness journey.

Each event is designed as a complete wellness experience lasting approximately 3 hours. Here's what participants can expect:
Guided Walk (2–4 miles): A beginner-friendly walk where participants choose their own pace and distance, supported by trained walk leaders
Mindful Stretch & Cooldown: Guided stretches to promote mobility and recovery
Interactive Activity Stations: Participants rotate through stations focused on reflection, creativity, team-building, and mindfulness
Community Connection & Closing: Group discussion, giveaways, prizes, and take-home wellness resources

After the walk, participants rotate through interactive stations designed to support reflection, creativity, and connection.
Stations may include Reflection & Values exercises, Journaling & Writing prompts, Creative & Expressive Arts projects, Mindfulness practices, and Team-Building & Connection activities.

Here’s what you can expect:
Book Your Consultation: We’ll discuss your organization’s goals, group size, and preferred schedule.
Proposal: We provide a customized plan and pricing for your review.
Confirmation: Approve the plan, and we’ll finalize dates and details.
Invoice & Agreement: You’ll receive an invoice and service agreement. Payment in full is due upon receipt.
Program Delivery: We’ll send full details on what to expect 1 week in advance, along with a reminder 24 hours prior via email. On the day of the event, we arrive 1 hour early to set up, prep the route, and ensure everything is ready to go.
Follow-Up: We’ll check in afterward to gather feedback and discuss next steps for ongoing wellness.
