As we close out Black History Month, join us at Spring Creek Nature Trail as we walk to honor their legacy and the lasting impact they continue to have on our communities.

• 📍Limestone Quarry Park, 1230 Maltby Dr, Frisco, TX 75035
• 🕒 This walk will last about 70-80 minutes, followed by 5-10 minutes of stretching
• 👟 Wear: Black, Red, or Green or a Black History T-Shirt

What to expect when you arrive:

• The host will welcome everyone, share the mile goal, and check for any limitations
• We’ll walk together and check in along the way
• After the walk, we’ll do a quick stretch
• We all head home!
