NOTE: This week's walk will be at the same park as Spring in the Miles on 4/4. This walk will be a great time to get familiar with the trail and our meetup spot, and then you can spend the next two weeks getting ready.

What to expect when you arrive:

• Check in by scanning the QR code with your phone (bookmarking the link makes future check-ins quicker)
• The host will welcome everyone, share the mile goal, and check for any limitations
• We’ll walk together and check in along the way
• After the walk, feel free to do a quick stretch
• We all head home!
