After a 2-week hiatus, the next community walk is here and the 50-Mile Challenge is in full swing! Miles are adding up, the leaderboard is shifting, and the energy is growing every day. This Saturday is the perfect time to get outside, enjoy the trail, and see the challenge unfold in person. Remember, the participant with the most logged miles in August will win either a weighted vest or a massage gun.
Join in at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano at 8 AM to walk a few miles with good company. Whether walking toward the 50-mile goal or simply looking for a positive way to start the day, this is the place to be. 😊
Event Details
• 📍 Arbor Hills Nature Preserve - 6701 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093
• 🕒 Walks typically run about 40-60 minutes, followed 5-10 minutes of stretching
• 👟 Wear: activewear and comfy shoes! Optional: mat for stretching, and a sweat towel

This is a one-time requirement and will remain on file for future events. However, an RSVP is still required for each event you plan to attend.

What to Expect at HFTM Events
Guided Walk
We’ll walk 2 to 4 miles over 40 to 60 minutes. The pace will start steady and conversational so everyone can feel comfortable, but be ready to pick up the pace and feel the burn. Feel free to bring a weighted vest if you’re looking for an extra challenge.
Icebreakers
Throughout the walk, we’ll do a couple of light icebreakers to help everyone feel a bit more connected. Sharing is always optional.
Cool-Down
We’ll end with a few stretches and time to chat and unwind!
