If the gym has ever felt overwhelming or just not your cup of tea, you're in the right place. Here For The Miles is about moving your body in a way that feels natural and encouraging. We keep it simple with fresh air, good energy, and real people who are here to walk, connect, and feel better together!

On Saturday morning at 8am, come get your steps in, meet new people, and leave feeling refreshed.

Event Details

• 📍 Limestone Quarry Park - 1230 Maltby Dr, Frisco, TX 75035

• 🕒 Walks typically run about 40-60 minutes, followed 5-10 minutes of stretching

• 👟 Wear: activewear and comfy shoes! Optional: mat for stretching, and a sweat towel

REQUIRED: RSVP + WAIVER ⬇️

Click here to complete a waiver before the event. All participants are required to submit a waiver before attending. This is a one-time requirement and will remain on file for future events. However, an RSVP is still required for each event you plan to attend.

What to Expect at HFTM Events

Guided Walk
We’ll walk 2 to 4 miles over 40 to 60 minutes. The pace will start steady and conversational so everyone can feel comfortable, but be ready to pick up the pace and feel the burn. Feel free to bring a weighted vest if you’re looking for an extra challenge.

Icebreakers
At the start of the walk, we’ll do a couple of light icebreakers to help everyone feel a bit more connected. Sharing is always optional.

Cool-Down & Refreshments
We’ll end with a few stretches, time to chat and unwind, and light snacks with cold water (included at no extra cost.)
