Here For The Miles is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people move more, feel better, and connect with their community through walking and wellness.
We host wellness events for organizations looking to promote physical and mental well-being in the workplace, as well as free community walks open to the public every Saturday around the DFW area. Each event blends movement, mindfulness, and connection — featuring guided walks, light stretching, reflection activities, refreshments, and take-home resources to encourage continued wellness beyond the event.
