What We Do
We create wellness experiences that help people feel better.
Your group will be guided through a 2-4 mile walk, a restorative stretch sequence, and activity stations designed to strengthen the mind-body connection.
Participants will have the chance to win a prize and all will take home swag bags with branded merchandise, resources, and access to our mobile Mile Tracking App.
The impact extends beyond individuals, strengthening your organization as a whole.

Our free community walks are open to everyone in the DFW. Each event includes a 3 to 5 mile walk and light stretching, and when the budget allows, we love to add fun giveaways too!

Here’s what you can expect:
Book Your Consultation: We’ll discuss your organization’s goals, group size, and preferred schedule.
Proposal: We provide a customized plan and pricing for your review.
Confirmation: Approve the plan, and we’ll finalize dates and details.
Invoice & Agreement: You’ll receive an invoice and service agreement. Payment in full is due upon receipt.
Program Delivery: We’ll send full details on what to expect 1 week in advance, along with a reminder 24 hours prior via email. On the day of the event, we arrive 1 hour early to set up, prep the route, and ensure everything is ready to go.
Follow-Up: We’ll check in afterward to gather feedback and discuss next steps for ongoing wellness.
