  • Here For The Miles offers guided walking sessions designed to help participants get active, support mental clarity, and reduce stress. We provide in-person wellness walks for organizations, communities, and other large groups. We also host free community events to make movement and connection accessible to all. Whether it’s a one-time event or a multi-session package, each walk includes mindfulness activities, light stretching, refreshments, and take-home resources to encourage continued well-being beyond the walk.

  • Yes. We offer private and corporate sessions tailored for teams, residential communities, and wellness events. Use the contact form or booking page to get started.

  • Each community event includes a guided walk, light stretching, and refreshments. We also provide take-home resources to support ongoing wellness, and when the budget allows, we love to do giveaways too! These events are open and free to everyone, but an RSVP is required.

    We host them for free to make movement and connection more accessible. Not everyone can afford a gym membership or feels comfortable in traditional wellness spaces, and we want to support others without adding financial pressure. It’s our way of creating a consistent, welcoming space where people can show up as they are and feel better together.
